About the author (2012)

Ephrem Eyob is a professor in the Department of Technology in the Logistics Program at Virginia State University. Prior to that he was professor and chair for the Department of Computer Information Systems, school of business, at the same university. His research interest is in information systems and supply chains areas primarily in Web based functional integration, ERP applications, business intelligence, optimization of supply chain networks, and information technology applications in supply chains. He served as the guest editor for the International Journal of Management and Decision Making, International Journal of Economics Management and Services and edited two books. Currently, he is serving as a member of the editorial board member for six journals. He has published over one hundred refereed articles, book chapters and proceedings in major journals and conferences

Edem G. Tetteh is an Associate Professor and Assistant Vice President for Academics at Paine College. He has previously held a faculty position in the Industrial and Logistics Technology program in the Department of Technology at Virginia State University. He received his BS degree in Manufacturing Systems and his MS degree in Industrial Engineering both from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He received his PhD degree in Technology from Purdue University-West Lafayette. He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and The Association of Technology Management and Applied Engineering (ATMAE). Dr. Tetteh has received several awards such as Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, Who’s Who among Universities and Colleges Award, Best Ergonomics Paper Award at the IIE Conference in 2004, and Purdue University Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award.
