I've been a sewer and multi-media artist for a number of years, but only recently took up quilting. I'm working on my second quilt from this book and absolutely love it. The freedom to create without having to be rediculously precise (as in my first quilt, a "stack-and-whack" pinwheel patter) makes the process fun, relaxed and encourages creativity instead of stress. I would recommend this to anyone just getting started in quilting, but believe an experienced quilter would enjoy the freedom of this style as well.
