Just as "Moms make the Best Friends" celebrates the mother and daughter bond, his second book in the series evokes the essence of the father-daughterelationship with moments and memories from "He let you buy both flavours ofce cream when you couldn't decide," to "He helped you through that nastyear of geometry homework" to "He taught you the finer points of mini golf,"gain all whimsically illustrated by Amy Schimler. Like "Moms Make the Bestriends" it obviously will not describe every reader's specific experienceut will speak to the spirit of this special bond, and readers will certainlyecognize here elements of themselves and their own fathers.
