The eating habits, fad diets, sedentary lifestyles, and stress levels of average people continue to push medical experts to raise more red flags about the necessity of making healthy lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. Delicious Heart-Healthy Meals in No Time provides readers who do not have much time to spare a way to improve their eating habits without sacrificing taste or spending more time at the grocery or in the kitchen. Most low-fat, low-cholesterol cookbooks on the market today are either full of bland, uninteresting recipes or require a large time investment in shopping for hard-to-find ingredients and food preparation. Charlene K. Bolstad, a registered cardiac nurse, crafted the recipes and meals in this book with an eye on nutrition, easy-to-find ingredients, and quick preparation time.
