Yael studied food technology and is an international expert in the field of special baking recipes (for example, gluten-free, sugar-free, and low-calorie). Yael co-authored in 1991 a comprehensive cookbook for diabetics that is still in print.Yael is the author of Deliciously Healthy Cooking for Diabetics and Deliciously Healthy Sweets.
