It was my joy and pleasure to be the editor for Ruthie's book, "Deliver Me From My Anguish, Lord!" Ruthie delivers such rich insight not only from her own experiences but also from her study of the Word of God. She helps her readers understand the signs of anguish and to identify with great heroes of the Bible who also struggled with anguish. Upon delving deep into the effects of anguish, Ruthie then guides her readers in understanding Biblical principles to overcome their own feelings of emotional distress. Medical treatments aside, there are spiritual weapons that are available to those who struggle with anguish. Ruthie uncovers those and makes these tools readily available to all who struggle.
