Descendants of William Richardson and Elizabeth Wiseman, Volume 1iUniverse, 2006 - Reference This is a four-generation genealogy, including children of the fifth generation, of the descendants of William Richardson and Elizabeth Wiseman of Newbury Massachusetts. William first appeared in Newbury records in 1651. He died in 1654/1655 leaving 2 sons. His wife remarried and moved to New Hampshire. The sons returned to Newbury when they had grown up. Only one of the sons, Joseph, had any descendants. In succeeding generations the family expanded to Gloucester, Methuen and Dracut, Massachusetts. However, most of the family moved up to Chester, New Hampshire. Later generations moved on to Vermont, New York and Ohio, following the usual migration patterns. This volume follows all the children in each generation, and is the first volume of a projected 2 or 3-volume set. |
