About the author (1999)

Claud Mann is the chef behind the fun-filled, lip-smacking recipes that have appeared on Dinner & A Movie since the show debuted on TBS Superstation in 1995. He's also been the head chef in a number of top restaurants in both the United States and Mexico, including Nicola in L.A. and the four-star Hotel Palmilla in Los Cabos. Besides cooking, Claud plays drums and percussion and sings in his wife, Perla's, band. They live in Ojai, Calif.

Heather Johnson is Global Chi's CIO (Chief Improvising Officer) and founder and an accomplished motivator and career development professional.
