This is by far the greatest book ever written on urban drama. If you know anyone even thinking about experimenting with drugs this is better then any speach any parent could give. Its truly a gem hard hitting and informative. Read full review

Goines was a career criminal and addict who took up writing during one of his seven prison sentences. He was shot to death while at his typewriter as he was putting the final touches on his 17th novel, Kenyatta's Last Hit.
