Co-creator of Easy Weight Loss Online With a genuine passion for fitness, holistic nutrition, fine food and healthy living, Courtenay's mission is to share her weight loss secrets with others. A mother of three, she knows what it's like to struggle with weight issues, especially after childbirth. She understands the challenges many Mums face, such as limited time, not being able to get to the gym and the struggle to cook healthy meals for your family. Courtenay endured a battle with her weight, compounded by Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a hormonal disorder commonly associated with weight gain and obesity. Committed to changing this situation, she undertook extensive personal research into a range of foods and their effects on weight loss, particularly with regard to hormonal imbalances. She consulted with experts including co-creator of EWLOL, Chris Hutton, to develop a tried-and-tested plan to lose weight and keep it off. She trained with Le Cordon Bleu culinary school to fuel her passion for cuisine and to gain a better understanding of the culinary arts. Through developing and acirc;euro;~living' the EWLOL program, Courtenay has successfully regained her pre-baby weight within weeks of childbirth. She's now much healthier and more energetic- she's even participated in two marathons, with more planned in the future. Courtenay is living proof that EWLOL works for real people, and she now wants to share this exciting experience with you.
