About the author (2007)

Hope S. Warshaw, MMSc, RD, CDE, is a nationally known expert on healthy restaurant eating. A dietitian and diabetes educator, she has counseled clients for more than 25 yearsand she is also a professionally trained chef. She lives in the Washington DC area.
