This will change your life. I've always said that in America we are killing ourselves with the processed food we eat. Easy does not mean healthy! Oh and who said eating healthy is not easy. This books will enlighten you what foods are right for your blood type. There are some foods that are beneficial for our health. In addition, it explains what to foods to avoid. I'm making this public to all my friends, so we can change our habits and live better for as long as God blesses us to breathe in this world.
