About the author (2019)

Adam Williams has created and worked as a writer, photographer, designer and editor for more than 15 years. With Echoes of Oms, his first chapbook of art photography and poetry, he shares his spiritual and philosophical experiences of yoga in nature.This work came together during a 32-week yoga apprenticeship at Root Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies in Colorado Springs, Colorado, near where Adam lives in a small mountain town known for its arts and healing practices.Adam publishes Humanitou, a project devoted to the yoga of humanness and creativity.
