"Egyptian Cuisine" is out of print since 1984 and few used copies can be purchased thru Ebebooks. The book has received excellent reviews on March 15, 1981 in the Washington Star under "Honoring Egyptian Cuisine" same year received special review to the Saudi Gazette under "Savouring Egyptian Fair". The GFWC ,general federation woman club's issue
praised the book as a rare book to come across Egyptian cookery.
As well the World Bank news letter announced the publication of this elegant and definitive cookbook on Middle Eastern cooking
Last but not least in 1981, Al-Ahram and Al-Akhbar Egyptian newspapers devoted a full page about the author's cookbook, and Al-Akhbar reserved a weekly section that includes some of her
recipes as well as Cairo Today magazine.
The author of Egyptian Cuisine has a new book called "Feasts for a Pharaoh" published May
2012 and is listed on Amazon for sale . Very highly recommended for any one interested in
ethnic cooking.
