Rebecca Baer, also the author of "Painting Gilded Florals and Fruits, frequently publishes in popular decorative painting magazines, such as "Decorative Artist's Workbook, Tole World and "Let's Paint. She teaches regularly at the Society of Decorative Painters (SDP), Heart of Ohio Tole (HOOT), and New England Traditions (NET) and resides in Hagerstown, Maryland.
