¡Maravilloso libro! Me ayudó mucho en mi proceso para vivir sin miedo a la incertidumbre, para recordarme que "todo está sucediendo de manera perfecta" y que nada es permanente, "esto también pasará". Si alguien es maniático/a tratando de controlar todo en la vida, este libro le ayudará enormemente a relajarse y a disfrutar la vida, en lugar de preocuparse por ella.
