About the author (1998)

Levy is an attorney and benefits consultant. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College, he received an MBA in accounting from New York University. He has over 30 years of experience as a pension administrator and tax planner. He has practiced law and has served as Vice President and Director of Employee Benefits with United States Tobacco.
