What do we meet?
We meet according to "where we are coming from".
Awakening meets Itself in this book - as the reader is willing to be openly present.
Maybe, one who is fully openly present
, wouldn't be moved to read such books - but that is supposing that movement follows the script of seeking.
Your awakening - the truth of You - is honoured here.
To be in the Company of truth is not to seek to get something for yourself - but to welcome your truth. It is a shared welcome!
Truth is not defined or decided by the mind, to be understood and then implemented, mined or exploited. Truth simply Is.
Something else seems to be going on - called 'me', in 'the world'. Such a life seems to be defined by our experience and defended in various shades of certainty and confusion that are ultimately the same - because they have forgotten or covered over Truth.
Despite the juice that can be got from conflict or the hit that can be got from fear, the apparent fulfilment of such an experience pales to the silent glory and gratitude of awakened Truth.
The habit of mind as a personal identification with limitation, is deep seated. Sources of inspiration such as these offer a kind of tuning fork to realign and refresh our awareness as to its true nature.
