About the author (2015)

Dr. Munmaya Mishra holds research and technical management responsibility at Altria Research Center and currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of three Taylor & Francis’ renowned polymer journals. He is the author of numerous scientific articles and author/editor of seven books. He is the inventor of many technology innovations and holds over 35 US Patents, numerous world patents, and over 50 US Patent Applications. He is also the founder of the new scientific organization "International Society of Biomedical Polymers and Polymeric Biomaterials." About 20 years ago he founded and established a scientific meeting entitled "Advanced Polymers via Macromolecular Engineering" which has gained international recognition and is still being held under the sponsorship of IUPAC organization.
