I'm not too sure whether I ever refer to this cookbook, maybe to look for a variation on tabbuli. I was leafing through it as I catlogued it and spotted Spaghetti al Pesto. The English translation of this dish was "Spaghetti with Fresh Basil Sauce and Tofu". Not to encouraging, eh? Read full review
