About the author (1997)

Jeffrey Goh is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Sheffield and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Almeria, Spain. He has been researching in the fields of public law and air transport regulation for a number of years and has published widely in the European Union, the US and the Far East.
