Evaluating relations in the three-generation family
A tendency was noted for judges to give lower ratings to intergenerational interactions as compared to interactions within the family of procreation. However, eighty of the 100 items received acceptable level of congruent judgment on one or more intergenerational dyads, a finding which should give impetus to the construction of questionnaire-type instruments for intergenerational family studies.
