These three volumes are companion books to Henry Z. Jones's award-winning THE PALATINE FAMILIES OF NEW YORK - 1710 AND MORE PALATINE FAMILIES. The European origins of many hundreds of German, Swiss, and Austrian colonists of the 18th century are documented, many of whom settled in New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. An historical background of these emigrations is given, taken from long buried materials in archives around the world.
