Love this cookbook. I am still in transition to being a full time raw foodie. This is a great easy to read and follow cookbook for those interested in becoming healthier or incorporating more veggies in their diet. Read full review

This book, along with most of what Matthew Kenney has written, has the distinction of being the kind of beaten-up, dog-eared, food-stained recipe book that proves it's a winner. If you're already familiar with raw food ingredients and techniques, these truly are easy-to-prepare but elegant dishes that can be served to company in a pinch.
