About the author (2007)

Our names are Erik and Jennifer Spersrud. Our story is like a love story. I met Erik 10 years ago at a dinner party and we were attracted to each other instantly. Five months later we got married and with God in our life we have been happy ever since. I have been sick for 38 years and was diagnosed with Celiac Disease only two and a half years ago. My husband did everything for our two daughters while I was very sick with sharp piercing pains in my neck and entire back and in bed for days at a time. He is a fabulous cook and has an extraordinary passion for food. Our gluten-free cookbook features breakfast, lunch, and many dinner meals to enjoy with your family. We hope this book we wrote together will make life easier for your family, as it has for ours!
