Joe M. Turner, PE. Registered Civil Engineer in several states including, California, Oregon, Washington, and Kentucky. Founder and previous owner of J.M. Turner Engineering from 1980 to Dec 1, 1995. This company specializes in construction engineering, 90% of all work was in design of excavation shoring systems for contractors. The company performs work mostly on the West coast; however they work all over the U.S. The company engineers over 1000 separate projects per year for small to large contractors supplying designs for shoring systems such as trench jack, shoring shield, pile and plate, sheet pile, etc.
