About the author (2010)

L. M. Preston loved to create poetry and short stories as a young girl. She worked in the information technology field as a techie and educator for more than sixteen years before she began writing science fiction. Her first published novel, Explorer X - Alpha, is the beginning of her obsessive desire to write and create stories of young people who overcome unbelievable odds.
