About the author (2020)

Clint and DeAnna Lewis are the owners of five Wingstop and four Fatburger franchises. Since opening their first Wingstop in July 2006, they have received numerous corporate awards including the Million Dollar Store Club and the Top Sales Increase Stores awards. Together, this couple brings a wealth of experience, education, business talent, and dedication to the fore as they help people find balance with faith, family, and finances.

Clint and DeAnna have been married for 22 years. They have raised three amazing children: their son and daughter Clinton, Jr. and Cydni who are in college, as well as their niece, Charli.

For over 30 years, DeAnna and Clint have been proud members of Peace Apostolic Church in Carson and Greater Harvest Christian Center in Bakersfield.

Clint is also the managing partner and co-founder of Felton & Lewis Financial Group, which merged into what’s now Generational Wealth Inc. He has over 25 years of financial consulting experience and expertise in financial planning, wealth management, organizing client portfolios, business consulting, and valuations. He oversees all of the firm’s operational engagements and utilizes his considerable experience to guide numerous clients in their financial affairs.

Clint studied business law at Glendale Community College and continued his education at Aenon Bible College in Los Angeles where he studied theology. He also attended PFS University as a student of financial planning and became a Certified Personal Financial Analyst.

DeAnna began her career 25 years ago and is not only a successful entrepreneur but also an expert orator on teen issues, business topics, and just about everything in between. She is an excellent example for women, teens, and professionals who want to improve their families, faith, and finances.

DeAnna founded Boss Sisters Connect where empowerment cultivates bosses. She is also the co-founder of Girls Win Inc., a non-profit organization that helps girls ages 12-18 years old in the foster care system. With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Educational Counseling, DeAnna is qualified and determined to change lives for the better. DeAnna is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Omega Omega Chapter. 

Passionate about giving back, DeAnna and Clint are actively involved in their church and community, particularly, in Bakersfield where DeAnna grew up. They are proud scholarship sponsors for Cal State University of Bakersfield and Harvest Connection Bakersfield. As part of their community outreach, they also sponsor and support several local high schools and provide complete meals for over 250 families.
