About the author (2006)

Doris Taylor, who has retire from nursing, has faced many difficulties in her life. She is legally blind, a cancer survivor and with a lot of spunk has taken on the job of writing childrenss books. She has won many awards for her short storie. She has a computer that has a voice that she calls "Fred". He reads everything she writes and is a big help to her.
