Kathleen is an authorized SEI Introduction to CMMI Instructor and a candidate SEI-authorized SCAMP Lead Appraiser. Monica M. Lusk is a senior-level documentation and training specialist involved in process improvement and form design. She worked as a trainer in personal computer software for 12 years before becoming involved in writing documentation and designing and developing online help systems for software.
