About the author (2011)

Throughout my life I was inspired by heavy set people. The things that they did gave me ideas for my comic book. Some of the things they did include: working, farting, playing sports and eating. One day in March of 2008 when I was in 9th grade, I made a comic book called "Fatman Comics." At that time I just made the comic book for fun. I thought that maybe I could get it published one day. I went to people such as comic book store owners and writers and they told me that it wasn't good enough and that I should work more on it. I continue to try harder. Now, I am in 12th grade. I have teachers that inspired me to do the things I was passionate about. Comic books were one of them. Believing and trusting in myself, I decided to publish my work; it was the proudest moments of my life.
