About the author (2003)

Pete Cohen is an NLP-trained personal trainer and sports psychologist. He works with various sports teams, including Kent County Cricket Club. He runs his trademarked Lighten Up! Workshops throughout the UK and his work features regularly in the media. Pete is a rising star in the field, being a regular in GMTV, and now taken the place of Dr Phil McGraw as agony uncle for SHE magazine.
