Each book is individually written by an expert?a trainer, breeder, veterinarian, or other animal specialist. These manuals cover every popular dog and cat breed, as well as bird varieties, hamsters and other small caged animals, fish varieties for aquarium hobbyists, terrarium pets, and even exotics, such as reptiles, amphibians, and scorpions. This is a good beginners book on ferret care, however the information in it is very limited. Since there are very few ferret books on the market it is worth getting your hands on any that are available, if you want to be the best ferret owner that you can be. I think this is one of the first books that I was able to find in Australia and was very happy with it at the time.
These days there are more ferret books on the market with a wider variety of information, which are probably a better buy.
Also you can find heaps of ferret information on the internet that is constantly updated such as ferret society websites (which can be found in nearly every country where ferrets exist around the world), Ferret-World (http://www.Ferret-World.com) and other fantastic websites.
Hope this review has helped! :)
