Yates holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Univ. of Toronto. He is Director of Studies at DTI Telecom, Inc., a Montreal based consulting and engineering services company.

Mahe holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from INSA, France and a Specializtion Certificate in Telematics, Telecomputing and Networks from ENST, France. She is a consultant in fiber optic planning at DTI Telecom, Inc.

Masson is a Professiona Engineer in Electrical Sciences from the University of Sherbrooke. He is director for cable distribution at DTI Telecom, Inc.
