The information on nutrition is erroneous. I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the Mayo clinic: eggs & Dairy are on the top of the list of things to not eat, yet she gives these as "good" forms of protein to eat. Optimal eating can be found in an excellent book called "The China Study" that does not theorize, but instead scientifically proves what we need to eat, and outlines this.
