Let's get to the truth of how one can really lose weight from a procrastinator. Five years ago I was fit running spinning classes and in really good shape I stopped working out and I started to drink and I started to eat you next. Drew book is an inspiration to all of us to be simple and what we need to do it's no magic we all know we need to do so just do it.
It's really simple for all of us do this is out there work out every day eat less eat five meals a day three meals a game two snacks eat less calories and you will lose 100 pounds in six months it's really that simple Andrew has pointed out this very simple magic to all of us there's no Mr.
I am inspired by a guy that is in great shape game 7575 pounds and loses 75 pounds within a year to prove to all of us that if you move your damn body you will lose weight I know that and I'm on that journey now
There really is no magic to losing weight it's called watching your calories eating less working out and stop drinking and you might be 100 pounds less and also by the way don't take sugars no: no sugar candies.
It's really a dummies to losing weight strategy and don't complain about what he writes his book it's very simple and very good incomprehensible just do the program I'll see you in six months and then you can tell me if you got the results
Drew and Lynn say it like it is in a very simple pragmatic manner I think we should appreciate the fact that they did this in the way that they did is no magic formula it's really pragmatic get with the program do it stays strength and you lose the weight and be skinny again just like you were 20 years ago you get it or do you want to complain
