About the author (2004)

Mildenberger-Schneider has been responsible for women's gymnastics within the German Gymnastics Association for many years. She has developed educational concepts for exercise leaders in the areas of general gymnastics as well as women's and senior citizens' gymnastics. She also works as an instructor for basic and further education programmes in the fields of leisure-time sports.
