This is a wonderful book! The recipes are easy to make yet have an exotic appeal to them. She includes recipes for salads fish chicken soups cold soups desserts and Ice cream. All are delicious! Lawson writes as if she is talking to the reader not AT the reader. Great summer cookbook! Read full review
