This book is a marvelous reference resource for researchers of French Canadian genealogy. I use it constantly when translating documents and consult it frequently when I encounter a new problem. I especially use the chapter "French-Canadian Church Records Transcribed and Translated" and the appendixes of French vocabulary, dates and numbers.
Since I translate a lot from the Drouin records, this is the book I use most frequently at this stage of my research.
