About the author (1990)

Barbara Radcliffe Rogers and Stillman Rogers are New England natives who write frequently about their home state. They have, jointly and singly, written and illustrated more than 30 books, most of them on travel, wildlife, and gardening. They also write regular travel columns, and their work has appeared in "Yankee," "Yankee Travel Guide to New England," and the "Los Angeles Times," They live in Richmond, New Hampshire.
