About the author (2007)

Hello,

My name is Patricia Clarkson. This is just a short note to welcome you and to let you know a little about me. I am an IT Specialist who recently took up writing children’s fiction storybooks as a hobby.  I have six children of my own of whom the four younger ones have greatly contributed to my story telling.

Friends for life, is my first children’s storybook. It is the result of an idea, which came to me in my sleep. Like many of my successes in life. It was, one of those, which actually woke me from my sleep with, such an excitement of the prospect ahead, to take it on as a project. This was how this fantastic children’s storybook began.

There was an inner feeling of success and satisfaction when I finally completed the story not to mention the excitement of actually carrying the project through to the end.  Well as you can see, I did take it on and I need you to let me know what you think of it.

I have since written ten more short story books for children of ages three plus, which will be out soon. They are sequel stories, called Sheikhs Adventures and Little Haji Stories all of which were, inspired by my children. Watch this space;
