About the author (2007)

Robert Aldrich is a professor of European history of the University of Sydney and the author of Homosexuality and The Seduction of the Mediterranean. He is also the coeditor of Who's Who in Gay and Lesbian History and several volumes of essays about homosexual culture in Australia.
