He has plans to modernise the shop, increase profit and sell his people the one commodity they haven't already got: the noose. After trying in vain to reform his rude, stupid and greedy population he ends up in a trade war against the US. He goes to work undercover in a clothes factory in the Philippines, where he falls in love with his fellow worker, the minute Thumbelina.
