About the author (1997)

Meagan McKinney is the pen name of Ruth Goodman. She was born in 1961 and worked as a biologist before becoming a full-time romance author. She has written over 20 books including No Choice but Surrender, My Wicked Enchantress, A Man to Slay Dragons, The Merry Widow, Still of the Night, Moonlight Becomes Her, and the Matched in Montana series.
