This book gave so much information from history of weight training covering body building even when steroids was legal and some terrible outcomes from using,cardio also is covered there is so many programs for free weight training and although the author totally promotes use of free weights does concedes that some machines may be supior for abdominal muscles.this author being mr universe seeing his picture on the cover at age 54 and looking so much younger you just can't help being motivated to use one of his programs that is so easy to follow to get yourself started into a program of free weights. The book is just so down to earth from such a qualified author anyone starting out or anyone who enjoys weight lifting as a novice or professional bodybuilder should at least read this book .
