We are all everyday girls, living everyday lives, and so the whole purpose of this book is to help make you aware of some of the benefits running can bring into your busy life, in so many ways. It isn't a medical journal or a training schedule, but it is written in a way to try and give you the motivation and inspiration to start running if you have never run before, or to pick it back up if you have run in the past. It's designed to get you going and to keep you going, whatever your purposes or goals are.
There are no magical remedies but if you are prepared to do a bit of groundwork, put in a little bit of effort and determination, then it can work for you, and you will be able to achieve whatever it is you hope to achieve through running. You will succeed.
