Great book, must have for serious surfer. Lists over 450 surfing beaches worldwide. For each of the 450+ beaches it lists: wave type, wave height, break type, best swell, best wind, best tide, best time of year for surfing, hazards and directions of how to get each spot. Has detailed map of each area that the beaches are located. This must have been a herculean effort to put together. The only book that not only shows you all the surfing spots in Hawaii, but also in New Jersey!. High quality paperback and hard-plastic cover so you can take it where-ever you go.
