Bishop Rick Farley has a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary, Doctor of Divinity from SBT seminary and a Doctor of Ministry Degree. He has served in leadership for over 35 years. He currently pastors the Martinsburg Christian Center, Martinsburg,WV., and serves as a District Bishop for the Pentecostal Church of God.
