Government response to HLP 79-I/HCP 95-I, session 2004-05 (ISBN 0104006404). The Committee was appointed to examine the provisions of the draft Mental Health Bill (Cm 6305-I and II, ISBN 0101630522) published in September 2004. This draft Bill was revised in the light of the ethical and civil liberties concerns raised about the original draft Mental Health Bill (Cm 5538-I, II, III, ISBN 0101553838) published in June 2002.
