Jane Firth advises executives and their teams and is an innovator in the areas of leadership performance and executive presence. Jane is the originator and co-author of Grit, Grace, and Gravitas: The Three Keys to Transforming Leadership, Presence, and Impact. Her work facilitates the advancement, stature, contribution, and recognition of leaders and executives. For her outstanding work, Jane was awarded the Philadelphia Business Journal's Women of Distinction Award. She has an MSOD from the University of Pennsylvania, is a founder of the University of Pennsylvania Center for Organizational Dynamics, and a founder of the Psychoanalytic Coaches Association. Jane is a long-standing member of the Forum of Executive Women and has chaired the Women in Executive Leadership and Governance Committee. Andrea Zintz is President of Strategic Leadership Resources LLC (SLR), specializing in executive and high potential leadership strategy, succession, and development. She has over 40 years of experience in leadership development, change management, Human Resources development, and training. Acting as a consultant, team facilitator, executive coach, and trainer, Andrea helps organizations undergoing restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and changes in management and key processes. Andrea works primarily with senior and high-potential leaders in business units of Fortune 500 corporations and mid-sized companies in a variety of business sectors. She has provided consulting services to companies in consumer products, pharmaceuticals, electronics, consumer health care, commercial real estate, energy, advertising, medical device, defense, manufacturing, and financial services. Andrea's strategic focus is the development of a strong leadership pipeline. She has deep expertise in raising self-awareness and in training sales and line leaders to create high-performance teams through coaching, teaching and mentoring.
